The Portland International Auto Show 2020 Recap

The Portland International Auto Show had a huge turnout this year with a full spectrum of automakers including Portland’s own Freightliner proudly represented by McCoy Freightliner and McCoy Sprinter Center. The event had a focus on cultivating a healthy auto industry that’s focused on not just performance, but also on environmentally friendly cars. With thousands of visitors joining from all over the Pacific Northwest, the show featured everything from exotics like Ferrari and McLaren to all of your household consumer vehicles like Honda, Toyota, Ford, and Nissan (with a few hot rods and prototype track cars thrown in for good measure).

The 2020 Freightliner Cascadia we brought garnered plenty of attention since it was the largest vehicle there by a mile! The two rugged 2019 Freightliner Sprinter vans also caught a lot eyes from camping and outdoor enthusiasts looking to broaden their horizons and go exploring in a decked out Sprinter.

The Oregon Convention Center was bustling all four days of the event from February 20th all through Sunday, February 23rd and we were happy to get so many visitors to the commercial vehicles exhibit and we hope to see even more at the 2021 show.
